Terms of Service for KOMO Group AB Gift Cards

1. Delivery Time

Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 will be sent via post the next working day.

Orders placed on public holidays are sent the next working day (Mon-Fri) except on public holidays.

2. Confirmation

Once your order is received, a confirmation/receipt will be sent to your email with details of your purchase as soon as possible. We recommend saving the order confirmation in case of any future customer service inquiries.

3. Redemption of Gift Cards

KOMO gift cards are valid for multiple redemptions at KOMO Korean Steakhouse & Bar for 24 months from the date of issue. The issue date will be noted on the gift card.

4. Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. After this period, any remaining balance will no longer be redeemable.

5. Payment Options

We accept VISA and Mastercard for gift card purchases. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment partner Stripe to guarantee fast and secure transactions.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel and return purchased gift cards. This notification must be provided immediately upon receipt of the order, but no later than 14 days after ordering. Contact customer service at info@komo.nu to initiate the process.

7. Complaints & Returns

We guarantee that the gift cards you purchase are valid as payment at KOMO Korean Steakhouse & Bar. If your gift card is damaged during transport, please notify customer service within 14 days. In the event of returns, you are responsible for the safe return of the card. The message must include your order number and the gift card’s unique code.

8. Delivery & Pickup Options

Gift cards can be picked up at KOMO Korean Steakhouse & Bar free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. For those who prefer shipping, standard delivery via PostNord within Sweden is available for 29 SEK.

9. Transport

If your gift card is damaged during transport, KOMO Group AB is responsible for replacing it. Please notify customer service within 14 days. For any damage or loss that occurs while returning a gift card, you are responsible for the replacement cost.
